Description

Here is a nice 1952 Chevy 3100 5 Window truck. Here is a little history on this truck. This truck was bought by the Dad of the gentleman we bought it from back in the sixty's. In 1978 the Dad passed away and the son got the truck. He storage it in a cattle barn after his Dad passed away. It stayed there until 2005 when the son restored the truck. It has a Jasper 350 engine that runs great with a Holley 4 barrel carb. The Aluminum Radiator was built in Douglasville, Ga just for this truck. It has a 1980 model 350 Turbo transmission that shifts out smooth. It has a Nova front clip with power steering and power disc brakes. The rear is out of a Camaro and I would say it has around 3;23 gears because you can cruise 75 MPH all day. This truck drives like a new truck. It has vintage A/C that works good. The paint is really slick and looks great with the two tone Red & Silver. The whole truck was sand blasted to the metal before it was painted. There are 3 small blemishes on it. A small paint chip on the hood, a scrape on the right rear fender and a mark on the left rear fender. You can see them in the pictures. The fenders and running boards are fiberglass. The cows destroyed the metal fenders when it was parked in the cattle barn. It has a good looking set of American Racing wheels on it. The interior looks good with Tan leather bucket seat and a matching tilt steering column. The dash is painted red and looks great. It has Dolphin Gauges and they all work. It has power windows that work good. The door panels have red arm rest with re accents to match. The red carpet looks good as does the headliner. It has a nice Pioneer stereo system with CD player and speakers behind the seat and on the door panels. The shifter is on the column. The gas tank is under the bed and it was made by Hall Chevrolet in Cleveland, Tn. There is no rust on the body or underneath that I have seen. I can't stress enough how good this truck drives and handles. Great shape for a 17 year old restoration
