Here is a good running and driving 1983 GMC C-10 Stepside shortbed truck. It is powered by a strong running 383 Stroker engine that was rebuilt about 4 years ago. It has headers with great sounding dual exhaust. It has an Eldebrock Intake with a Holley 4 barrel carb. The transmission is a Turbo 350 that shifts out like it should. This truck was in primer when we bought it and the body was and is solid. No rust issues. We had it painted Red about a month ago and it looks good. It has all original metal. We spend around $3000 having it professionally lowered with lowering kit and had new American Racing wheels and new tires put on the. The rear bumper is new as is the wood bed. It has a Chevy Grille on it. The tailgate does let down. Inside the truck we had new carpet installed, had the seat recovered and new headliner. The door panels was painted to match and look good. ( We have the door handle bezel ordered and will be put on) It has new power window motors so both door glasses go up and down as they should. The dash has a new dash cover. The A/C compressor and all is there but no belt as the compressor is bad so no AC. Should be easy fix to get ac working. The wood steering wheel is new and has tilt steering. Underneath the truck looks good. No rust issues with floor pans or and braces or frame issues. The gas tank is new as well. This truck was locally bought here in Georgia and the restoration was started by previous owner but he stopped working on it after building the engine and prepping the body for paint. Then it sat for a couple years. The miles listed are what the odometer is showing but I don't know how many miles on truck. The engine probably don't have 1000 miles on it. Good solid truck with plenty of power!! Truck is sold with current Georgia registration.
